Radha Kuchibhotla | Vice President of Quality

Radha Kuchibhotla focuses on enterprise quality spanning all Benefitfocus
software development processes, products and technology infrastructure.
Kuchibhotla has more than 23 years of demonstrated leadership in building
and leading high-performing global teams. In addition to his core competence
in quality assurance and control, he has been responsible for engineering,
enterprise capacity and performance for large financial services firms.
Prior to joining Benefitfocus, Kuchibhotla was Vice President at Fidelity
Investments for 15 years. He has a master¹s degree from the University of
Mumbai and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northeastern
University.
